Vaccinations and Deworming
Every puppy comes with a record card detailing the date and type of vaccination and dewormer administered.
We feel it is important to protect the puppies from viruses and other things that can cause them harm as soon as we are able to. Each pup is given its first vaccination at 6 weeks of age, and its second vaccination at 8 weeks of age. The third vaccination will need to be done 2-4 weeks after the second, and we do offer this vaccine free of charge.
The vaccine will protect your pup from the following:
Canine Distemper Virus
Canine Adenovirus Type 1 (Hepatitis)
Canine Adenovirus Type 2 (Respiratory Disease)
Canine Parainfluenza Virus
Canine Parvovirus
Canine Coronavirus
At 7 weeks of age, every pup is given a dewormer treating multiple parasites including:
Roundworms (Toxocara Canis and Toxocara Leonina)
Hookworms (Ancylostoma Caninum, Ancylostoma Braziliense, and Uncinaria Stenocephala)
Tapeworms (Diplidium Caninum and Taenia Pisiformis)
